Our welding department has vast experience with the use of projection and spot-welding capabilities, in addition to Mig and Tig Welding assembly.

RSD offers multiple component assembly, in addition to weld nut and weld stud assembly. All welding is provided for low to high volume projects including automation where investment is viable, and volumes dictate so.

With quality at the core of all that we do, assembly jobs go through stringent procedures and testing. Further to this, poke yoke and checking fixtures are used to ensure part presence and assembly accuracy.
