Robust and thorough procedures are carried out for all manufactured items. This includes the use of inspection documentation in line with testing and inspection equipment.

In most cases all components have dedicated checking fixtures to confirm complete accuracy. This is further bolstered with an on-site CNC-CMM, enabling detailed measurement of all parts to a very high accuracy.

The continuous improvement of these systems is driven by the company carrying out regular reviews and audits of all procedures and documentation in place. 

What’s more the environment is at the forefront of our thinking, and we aim to have as minimal impact on the environment as possible. So much so, we aim to be Carbon Neutral by 2030.
