Laser Fabrication + Pressbrake

Housing an Amada Ensis 3Kw machine we can produce cut parts to a very tight tolerance +/- 0.1mm up to 3mm thick and titanium up to 5mm with a tolerance of -0 / +.08mm.

The following thicknesses and grades of material can be laser cut:

• Mild steel up to 25mm
• Stainless Steel up to 15mm
• Aluminium up to 12mm
• Titanium and Copper up to 5mm
• Brass up to 8mm in gauge

We manufacture prototype to high volume via 24-hour production with our MPF loading machine. Complementing our laser machine, we have press brake capabilities up to 130 tonnes with a maximum 3 metre bed area.

In partnership with Amada UK, the software for both our laser and brake press machines offers off-site monitoring of production along with detailed information on energy consumption as well as KPI efficiency data. Downtime is reduced to the bare minimum as Amada are able to obtain machine data on an hourly basis and can be onsite same day for required visits.
