Our presses range from 50 to 400 tonnes in manual and progression presses and work with steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, and brass. Allowing us to produce pressings to meet specific requirements this is further supplemented by our coil feeding capabilities from 0.6mm to 6.0mm thickness and up to 1050.0mm wide.

An in-house comprehensive Tool Room further provides invaluable support throughout our production process. All minor repairs and maintenance issues are carried out on-site, in addition to the development of predictive maintenance schedules to examine tools regularly to prevent where possible such issues arising.

A vast array of tooling protection techniques is employed along with the use of Titan Monitoring Systems, thus ensuring an efficient production schedule with minimised downtime. New tooling, inclusive of all wiring and CNC work is designed and manufactured in partnership with RSD’s approved UK tooling suppliers, and we have extensive experience in resourcing of existing tooling into the business. Our toolmakers are included within the feasibility review processes right through to design, manufacture, sample submission of production parts and PSW/ PPAP submission.
