Roll-Forming

A further offering within the RSD portfolio is the ability to carry out roll forming, adding the ability to form and curve brackets that cannot be produced via conventional presswork. We currently have 3 mini roll mills on-site producing parts for 3 key automotive brands and through this we have gained vast experience to take on any future projects.

Whilst these lines are generally designed and manufactured for a specific product they can be made to be interchangeable for different or similar products, thus providing us with many capabilities.
